Hi, I have a question about salary delays by MCD. My wife works in MCD Education departments and almost every month her salary gets delayed by several weeks, some times more than a month. I read payment of wages act and looks like MCD is violating the law by not paying salaries on time. They don't even pay any interest on late payment of salary. Your expert opinion is neeeded.
