I filed RCR in my home town and wife filed Annulment (marriage null and void) in her hometown. Now wife side has come for MCD.
Does RCR and annulment need to be withdrawn before MCD is filed?
If MCD is filed , RCR and annulment shall become not pressed and invalid?
Do we mention explicitly that RCR and annulment is pending and be withdrawn in MCD petition?
What is way to go forward on this?
