We both have filed for MCD and in april next date is given in Bangalore court. I have following query:
1) 1) What happens during second motion? Kindly tell me step by step.
2) 2) What happens during mediation? I have also heard that mediator prepares a report and that is submitted in the court. Can you let me know what is written in that report?
3) 3) What is MOU at the time of second motion?
4) Is the complete process ( I mean mediation and appearance in front of judge) can be completed in one day?
4) 5)Girl side is insisting to give money at the time of mediation. Is it safe to give money at the time of mediation?
