Mcop reg.

Sir, I am pradeep from chennai, recently i received one registered post in my brothers name i.e Sec 166 Motor vehicle Act , someone x filed a case at Mathuranthakam Sub court against my brothers name who owns a four wheeler, so they asked to come on 13th of August 2013 at 10 clock. but we dont understand what is this for, we never met with any accident or not even a small scratch in our car, not even we hit anyone or anyone hit our car..... please help me what to do in this regard and what is this for ? pradeep
