On Os Case filed by wife and daughter, after 6 years court now mention. CASE on Trial, but also mentioned steps filed and allowed, to carryout Amendment and APC...
Please kindly elbarate on the point mentioned, when my duaghter is minor this case filed, but now my daughter is major ( more then Age 18 ), when the case filed my wife filed behalf of my Daughter demanding Suit of Partician on the properties,
we are not staying together last 8 years.. so Civil case file by wife now put on Trial...Pl. let me know how long it will take for Trial conclusion, and what is mean by APC..?
