Meaning of restitution of conjugal rights

Hi,

I have filed for Nullity of Marriage against my wife(Section 12(i) A and C).

But my wife has filed objection for restitution of conjugal rights and to dismiss my petition.

So what steps I have to take in case if Judge dismisses my petition and gives judgement in favor of my wife for restitution of conjugal rights.

Then is it mandatory for me to take back my wife back to my home? What legal actions I have to face in case If I don't take my wife back?

Thanks

@Kumar - there has to be ample legal grounds, proven for seeking nullity of marriage.

Her petition for RCR and you petition for nullity of marriage will be decided on merits.

No one can force you stay with any one you do not wish to , but be aware, you need to pay maintenance to her if she is unable to maintain herself should you still push for divorce using valid grounds.
