measurement is less than the boundary in sale deed

my step mother has done a registered sale deed to me in 2002. in sale deed area mention is 600sqft and boundary given of 2000sqft . her entire share is 2000sqft in sold number and her intention also to give 2000sqft . she has given an notarial affidavit in 2003 that she has sold me her 2000sqft though 600sqft mention in sale deed. I had made house on 2000sqft and on possession from 2002 till now and my name entered in revenue , nagar nigam etc . now my step bothers saying u had only 600sqft and 1400sqft are mine .. please suggest what remedy I can get .. ?
