Media involvement in mutual divorce

During mutual consent divorce, when application for divorce is in the process of  finalization and application not reached to court, If one party goes to media, falsely claiming that it is 498a dowry/domestic violence case and not mutual consent case, Is court obliged to consider it as FIR and treat it as 498a case ? Can police arrest defendant's relatives based on media coverage of fake 498a claim?

No. Media reports cannot consider in family courts. Unless the parties submit to the courts.

Thanks for confirming. So court can not ask for  Suo Moto or such thing ?

So long a matter is in dispute and pending before a court the subject matter cannot be reopened and publicly discussed which is punishable by Law of Contempt.

Media cannot enter into the court for taking stock of such news, if they do it they can be held for contempt of court as per law.
