Mediation Agreement Terms - violation

As you address the parties as plaintiff and defendant I suppose that both arrived at the resolution before the court by filing the 'mediation' agreement and the court dispose off the matter accordingly So the plaintiff has to approach the court and file an application for setting aside the decree based on the agreement between the parties.
