Dear Sir,
If a wife filled a false DV act and made false allegation on husband and his family, and Allahabad HC orders for mediation in allahabad mediation centre then..
1. Is it possible to go for divorce if husband is willing?
2. How much time generally it takes from court order to mediation date?
3. If both are agree for Mutual consent then 6 months are waived in mediation?

If wife has filed for mediation Dv case, then their is less chance that she will agree for mutual concent divorce.

Wife filled for DV act, I filled for mediation in High Court.

two of u can come to a settlement and inform the court about it it will be granted.
6 months cannot be waived off by anyone except SC, THAT is also not a routine.
