Medical board jurisdiction in ranga reddy andhra pradesh

Dear members,

I am husband filed for divorce u/s 13(1)(1a)(1b) and is currently at the evidence & cross-examination stage. The opposite (wife) party made an allegation that I'm impotent for which I'm ready to face medical board to prove the truth.

I would like to know

(1) what is medical board and how it is formed or does it already exist?

(2) If the case is in ranga reddy dist , family court, Andhra Pradesh jurisdiction, where does the medical board exist under this jurisdiction?

I'm also going through the same situation. Last date my advocate filed an application to get order directing the superintendent of medical college in my area to consitute a panel of gynaecologist, urologist, physician and clinical psychologist to examine my s*xual potency. Anyway, I don't know the role of gynaecologist in male potency test ! So, waiting for expert's view on this point...

1) Medical board already exists but they won't issue potency  test certificate, dna test certificate etc without court order for which you have to file application in the concerned court.

2) Most probably in the Govt. Medical college in your area... just ask any doctor in your area..
