MEDICAL THEFT

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND BUT ACTUALLY MY LITTLE BROTHER WAS WORKING IN THAT MEDICAL AGENCY WHERE THEFT IS CONCERNED. AND I AM WORKING IN ANOTHER MEDICAL AGENCY BUT HIS EMPLOYER CALLED TO POLICE THAT I AM ALSO SUPPORTED MY BROTHER FOR MEDICINE THEFT AND ALSO HE TOLD POLICE THAT I AM ALSO INVOLVED IN THAT CASE. ACTUALLY HE COMPLAINTS ABOUT ONE LAC THIRTY SIX THOUSAND BUT THE REAL THING IS THE CASE IS ABOUT ONLY MEDICINES AND ALL THE MEDICINES ARE ABOUT CANCER AND HE GIVES THE M.R.P. RATES TO POLICE BUT THE WHOLESALE RATES IS ABOUT FIFTY THOUSAND ONLY. MY LAWYER SAYS THAT DO NOT FRIGHTENED DON'T TAKE ANY TENTION BECAUSE THE EMPLOYER HAS NOT REGISTERED HIS WORKERS IN LABOUR OFFICE. AND MY BROTHER IS ONLY WORKING FROM TWO MONTHS THERE. ACTUALLY MY BROTHER GIVES SOME MEDICINES TO ONE MEDICAL OWNER AND IN ENQUIRY WE TOLD ALL TRULLY THEN POLICE COLLECTED SOME MEDICINES FROM THAT MEDICAL OWNER AND HE WILL ALSO CHARGED FOR BUYING  THEFT MEDICINES. BUT SIR, I HAVE ONLY ONE QUESTION IS WHY POLICE ARRESTED ME AND WHAT WILL YOU THINK ABOUT MY CASE. PLEASE TELL ME BECAUSE I AM ALSO IN MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY AND I AM EDUCATED SO PLEASE SURVIVE ME. PLEASE HELP ME AND PLEASE REPLY ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

If what you tell is true and if there is no evidence against you about your involvement in theft, bare words of the complainant without further corroborative evidence would not be sufficient unless he has actually seen you committing theft. You need not fear. The only thing is that the case would take time.
