I have a query regarding a G & W matter. Whether the Court have to record statement of teenage minor , who was produced before court on application of any one parent / Grand parent, for Custody/ Meeting. There are great chances that the minor was tutored or under influence of the parent with whom he/she living. For making that statement part of record.
2: I am maternal grand mother , my daughter passed away 5 years ago , since than her husband not letting me to meet my grand daughter , I have file an application under section 25 and 12 G&W Act for meeting . The court ordered production of minor for her statement / wishes , on next date of hearing after summer vacation.
The court will certainly enquire from the minor child above the age of 7 years to know it's views on this subject.
