Hi Sir, My wife filed divorce under cruelity 13 1 ia & ib. now we came for compromise but we are planning to settle all things in mega lokaladat On Dec 6 2014, Divorce hearing we have on 22nd Dec 2014. My wife's lawyer telling, they file advancement application on 01.12.2014 and complete on 06.12.2014.
1)Is it possible to file Divorce advancement application before hearing date,if so Divorce will be granted on Dec 6th 2014 in megalokadalat ? Please advise.
