Hi,

I wish to know as to who can be a member of the mananging committee in a cooperative society?

As far as I know only those in whose name the flat/tenament is there only that person can be a com. member?

i.e even the coowner whose name is second in the property can't be apoointed. Please guide.

yes, co-owner name apooint in mananging committee of the society. Share holder of the society is appoint in managing committee.
