I am not in agreement with your saying that "Husband, Wife and their Advocate".
And many men who are victim of gender biased laws will not be in agreement either.
It does not depict the overall status of marriages in India, now.
75% of Indian woman know the greatness of our culture and happily adhere to the proud Indian customs.
They take care of their husbands and in laws very well.
They also take care of their kids and proud about the Indian culture.
There are many working woman, who have demonstrated the motherhood by giving importance to raising their kids than earning some extra money by working.
Your saying should be changed as follows to depict those 25% of the educated but greedy misguided woman.
The saying is as follows :
"Greedy misguided educated Wife uses her money minded Advocate to put her husband away but keeps her husband's money close to her".
It is the very existence of gender biased laws that break our institution of marriage. Nothing else.
And our parents are the example of such living where they did not use advocates and courts to run their married life.
They used their parents, well wishers and friends to run their life.
If the woman consider themselves as empowered, then they should rely on themselves to lead a happy married life.
But they are relying on the gender biased laws and advocates. This is disgusting.
