My mother is 90 years old and she had a stroke in 2016 leaving her completely paralysed her physically and mentally.
She has some agricultural land ,one individual house and a flat solely on her name and bank accounts. She has made a will which is registerd in India.
She has given a power of attorney to me in Uk, which we assumed will be valid in India. Unfortunately we were not aware that it has to be registered in India within 3 months. Now she is capable of giving another POA. I am her only daughter and have to deal with her property in India and I am unable to proceed in any way.
Please could you kindly advise what is the legal procedure in this situation.
