MOST URGENT!!!!!!
Dear sir,
I have a younger brother aged 29 years who is mentally unstable from last 10 to 11 years he was once admitted to Regional Mental Hospital Pune too. After get released from there he worked for 2 years normally. Now once again he become unstable & creating nuisance in the society ( breaking the household items, beating any person known/unknown) can somebody help me to know how to admit him permanantly in the Regional Mental Hospital Pune as i came to know that it needs to have the order of District Judge. Please help me to know how to obtained it?
