Hello All, hope someone helps me with a solution. There was a certain issue at my workplace in regard to the data integrity and the employee concerned with it was fired after showing him sufficient evidence and he agreed to that. Now I'm being framed in that too because I used to hang around with him at work. The management started saying that they could not find anything against me otherwise I would have been fired too. I do not know anything about what my colleague was doing and was not related in any way. Now my manager has this thing in his mind and is constantly looking for possible ways to fire me, unfortunately he is unsuccessful. But at the same time he doesn't speak to me, doesn't communicate with me and I'm being mentally stressed out at work and being monitored. I hear him speaking about me behind my back with other employees that I might be involved in that incident which I feel is like a false allegation on me from the management. Is there something I can do about this legally. Please suggest, thank you.
