My friend not shown her daughter by his wife for past so many years. When he wants to meet his dauhter wife file fake NC on him and not allowing him to see daughter. Then she send a mutual consent draft for which my friend is not agrreing as wife written to waive access right to husband. Then my friend in anger send message to her freind . The content are true but wife wants to file defamation case against him,For which she went to police stataion but police not taken her complaint. So in anger freinds wife called him and asking to come to her place , friend not visited to her place as he knows it is her trap. So His wife calling to other relative to trap them , as she wants to drag money from friend and his relative.
Wife already told she cannot be caught by police in any case. the same can be already inform to police by my friend. She always wants to demamd money from freind. But not taking money send by my friend. Can friend wife file a compliant against friend for message made by friend to demand money. and can she file case on him for that, as the same is not taken by police earlier.
