Mhada flat issue

Hello , Respected Sir/Madam,

i have a query regarding our house which is umder Mhada, this house belongs to our father,he is no more, mother and we two brothers transfer it to our younger brother, now accientdly he is no more and he had 6 years old daughter as well his wife, according to law the room will be transfer to his wife, but what about our mother, does my mother have any the right on this property. can she get any help. my mother is not ready to stay with her due to her behaviour.

Confirm.

ClassI legal heirs of Hindu male are; Mother, wife, sons,daughters.

All have equal share.

Obtain legal heir certificate and death certificate.

If your brother died intestate then you/your mother can get share in property.

If it is your father's self acquired property and in whose favour your father passed title to the property durng hislifetime, your younger brother is no more and he died intestate his wife, his mother, his daughter would get equal shares in the property.If you appreciate this answer please clonvey my forum thanks by clicking thanks.
