Mhada intention letter

Hello Team I had purchased a property in the year 2000 , i have received all other document including share certificate  , but now when im planning to sell my property the client needs a copy of letter of intertion on my name which is issued by Mhada ,i do not have one , and i have checked with the society office as well , please advice possible ways to get this done

Merely by transfering the share in your name does not confer transfer of title. You have to get it registered in your name in the Sub registrar office.  Atleast now you do it.  If your  vendor refused to register, you have to knock the doors of the court.  For further doubts contact my email.
