I have booked a micromax Canvas 4 mobile phone in the pre lauch bookings done by the micromax company. Subsequently I cancelled the booking after the launch of the phone. More than one month has elapsed since I cancelled the booking. I have neither received the money credited to my bank account . When I call their call centre then generally the lines are busy or if some one picks the phone then they have the standard reply that your refund is in process and you will receive money in your account by next week.
They are not responding to any emails sent to the mail id available on their website.
Please suggest what action need to be taken to get the money back?
