Minimum time after which we can apply for divorce ?

1. One year from date of marriage.
2. This month you can file application.
3. A hired Advocate would know what to mention in petition, hire one.

Hi Tajobs,

 (Though couple can say they have been separated since beginning) For MCD, it one year of separation (not one year after marriage). Am I correct here?

If i say that we get seperated in Apr'12 and i have proof that before that we were living together, so even then can the girls parents start the divorce proceedings in Oct'12

My Question is still not clear.. As per law is it one year after marriage of one year after seperation ?
