Dear Friends,
Regarding Minimum Wages I learnt that along with Basic salary and Dearness allowance even HRA is a part of Minimum wages according to SC judgement. But it is notified by the labour department. My question is whether the wages payable can be segregeted as Basic, D.A and H.R.A. Please let me know.

HRA is not the part of Basic Wages.
