Dear Sirs,
We are running an education industry in Pune (Maharashtra). Education doesn't come under scheduled employment in maharashtra. In this situation, Minimum Wages Act will be applicable on us? If no, then what act will be applicable on us?
One more thing which I would like to share with you, Education Industry doesn't come under Shop and Esblishment Act in Maharashtra.
