1) what type of eductaion institution you are running for e.g. coaching classes, Junior and senior coolege, school from Jr.K.G. to 10th Std.?

2) how big is your staff and what are their educational qualification?

3) Under which law it is written that education industry is not coming under Shop and Establishment Act?

1) Ours are PGDM College.

2) Education depend designation wise. for peon it is 8th, for clerkial staff graduation and for faculties it is PG TO DOCTORATE.

3)We are registered under THE BOMBAY PUBLIC TRUST ACT 1950.

4) Pl. refer to THE BOMBAY SHOPS & ESTABLISHMENTS ACT, 1948 WITH THE MAHARASHTRA SHOPS AND ESTABLISHMENTS RULES, 1961 in which clearly given in SCHEDULE II (eXEMPTION) THAT ESTABLISHMENTS PERTAINING TO ANY KIND OF EDUCATIONS ACTIVITIES ARE EXEMPTED EXEPTING THOSE WERE COACHING OR TUTION CLASSES ARE CONDUCTED BY INDIVIDUAL PERSONS OR BY INSTITUTIONS, THEIR EXEMPTION IS DEPENDS ON AFFILATION.
