I want to know that is there any notification (under Minimum Wages Act 1948 or any other law i.e. Indian Dispute Act, ESI Act, PF Act or Contract Labor Act) that we have to pay the payment for weekly off.
In my case I want to know if the worker works for 5 days (as company works for 5 days in a week) is he lible to get the wages for 30 days or 30-8 = 22 days.
