Minor property sell

No, husband cannot sell the property that belongs to the minor. He could only act as a caretaker for the minor's property untill she becomes major. As soon as she becomes major and gives her consent to her father to sell her property then only the Husband can sell it.

No, father cannot dispose the minor�s property being a natural guardian he can only act as a manager or administrator of the said property only at time of attaining majority the minor can do whatsoever with the said property

Provided if it is for welfare of the minor the said property can be sold only with prior permission of the court .
