can I chalange minor agreement today

What are the facts leading to challange of agreement ?

Who has executed the agreement i.e., whether the executant is minor or there is some minor term/ issue for challange ?

Repost your query clarifying your stand vis-a-vis facts of the dispute and terms of agreement under challange..

1. An Agreement executed "by" Minor or Agreement "with" a Minor, is ab initio null & void, for all legal purpoes.  Hence such agreement can be challenged and set aside by local Civil Court, at times of dispute.

2. However, a duly appointed Legal Representative (LR) or Guardian, is legally empowered to execute all types of Agreement on "behalf" of Minor and this cannot be challenged.
