Mis conduct of a judge

Hello Lawyers

Can a judge force a party to withdraw an application for the appointment of  LC to verify our stand regarding the possession of the property which is in dispute..my uncle sold the property on sham gift deed and without giving a possession of thr property..now judge asking to either withdraw the application or suggest that mention as "not pressed" in the order..my lawyer refused to do so..and requested judge take his decision and we will follow it.

Is it within the right of judge to force client to withdraw LC appointment application?

Thanks

Your advocate has already taken a professional stand. If the decision adverse, you have the option to approach the Higher Court in Appeal/ Revision.
