Dear sir/madam, Good morning. My friend is working in an PSU (Govt of india undertaking) .His subordinate is not doing any official duty & involving in share trading & sleeping in office hours. As a wittness or evidence to produce shall i ask my friend to take photos of that not working person while sleeping during office hours & while share trading ?. My question is ...is it legal to take photos??? Please advice.Expecting your replies.
(my friend has already taken some photos while sleeping & share trading .Will it attract any legal problem sir ..please reply)..
