Missed my court date

i missed my court date ...just don't know why i thought it was for today but it was for 6th? its a rcr in bandra...had written it in my diary and even in my phone there was a reminder ...fact is i missed it...what are the repercussions? wife also didn't report nor her advocate? need guidance...my advocate also got confused and thought it was for today? i feel pretty jaded with this act of mine
