Missing document

Dear All Respected Members,

I posted my query earlier also but didn't get proper answer.  Please impart me your wonderful knowledge on the issue mentioned below:

Divorce case by wife is filled in Sept.2015 from Gujarat and the husband resides in Noida, U.P..  Court sent summons to husband.  In next date the acknowledgement for the same was not with the court.  Court then in every date tried to send the summons by RPAD and all RPAD is returned by remark "Left."

Now the wife knows that the first time the court sent the summons has been accepted by the husband but we do not have the acknowledgement to prove that the summons has been served.

Please help me what should we do to get the acknowledgement to prove in the court that the summons is duly served and court can proceed.

How is it possible that the document of acknowledgement is lost?  Who is responsible ?  How the court send the first time summons and what is the procedure of court?

How can I find out that acknowledgement??   We are facing lot of difficulties due to that acknowledgement.  If we would have that then we would have been got exparte order.

Wife's Lawyer is saying that nothing can be done and is lethargic in his approach.

To cut whole matter short:  First Summons by court is duly served but no acknowledgement has came yet, then after husband left that home and all RPAD coming with the status "Left"

Please take out your valuable time and reply on this to help me out.

Dear Vakalath,

Thank you so much for your valuable input.  We even do not know the RPAD number for tracking or for complaining.  I want to know that how should I know the RPAD number in order to inquire in the post office.
