Sir/Madam, Is there any Standard Operating Procedure/Written down instructions/Rules /step by step guidelines issued by any Judicial / Police authorities in Tamil Nadu to submit complaint to get FIR and/or Non Traceable report to use certified copy of property documents like UYIL, SALE DEED, BUILDER AGREEMENT etc
