I did agreement in dec 2018. that property is about 45 years old and their market value is approx. 18 lack, we paid 33 lakh.
In that agreement actual area is 550 sq.ft Carpet but mistakenly it was written as 550 sq.ft Built up.
So I want to do rectification in this particular area. * Society doesn't have any documents for this issue so how to resolve this issue?
Request the Mpl/Corpn authorities/Town Surveyor of your area to issue re-plan of the building or engage a private surveyor to measure your flat area. Is the Agreement registered? Without previous document how can did you agree? If you do not have old document apply for the same in Registrar Office.
