My uncle has been getting frustated because his passage outside the house in society is misused by his neighbours.They put the dustbin in front of his flat on the passage and sometimes even the sleepers of their foots are kept in front of his house.Many a time there were quarrels but of no use.Even the society members are refusing to help,they say that they even face same problem by their co-ordinate neighbours,so they cant regret.But another thing is that ,this neighbour has 2 flat which they had break in between without the permission of society prior 2 yrs ago.So,the total meaning is that the society cant do anything,so dont tell me to complaint to society.kindly help.
