I am Raju Thakur from Darbhanga Now living in delhi,
As there was some issue with my Father & Uncle regarding property matter. It has been solved by Gram Panchayat. They decided to make a bond paper on Rs. 100 Stamp paper to write the full decision which made between My father & uncle. We both were agreed on decision. Panchayat has taken a blank stamp paper with my father & uncle sign and thumb impression. Panchayat decided to give the paper one of the panchayat member to write the correct writing on it and hand over to uncle & father. but now he's not writing the document and trying to make money from me & my uncle. He is powerfull & respectfull person in the village. My uncle too supporting him now, we dont know the reason behind it. My father afraid if they will make the paper against my father, than what will we do. Is there any way to destroy the paper in legal way. Please help.
