Sir,
I had been a customer of Vodafone mobile services since past 3 years. Recently my bill was 29000 rupees and hence I contacted the nearby office where I was told that its because of the internet usage. I told them that I had requested the activation of a GPRS pack to the customer care. The pack was not activated and hence the high bill amount. Now when I contact the customer care, they are telling me that we have no records of such activation request and that I have to pay the amount.
Please help me and suggest what can be done. And if there is a non-payment of such bill then what can be the consequences.
