Hello,
I have a question to ask about my grand mom and dad property both have passed away and have 11 siblings now my mom is one of them staying in US now as her husband passed away and we are taking care of her.
We came to know about her property is going to be sale sell out and of few of them domt want to share property money with my mom.
eveyone has to get equal share or according to Islamic way.
property value they are showing is 3C but that property is also not registered under my grand dad also.
since we are in US now how can we file case against them and ask for my mom share too?
any advice would be appreciated!
