i have come across a bill which involves small remuneration to a board when it sits. there's no involvement of salary and allowances on monthly basis. in such case, does this become a money bill. Please advise. other than this there's no involvement of money or financial expenditure. please advise

The Board may consist of Honarary members who for small fee sit there fo rmeetings.You are not giving the full information.. It may or maynot be a money bill.
