Money recovery notice

I've replied to your query in PM a number of times, am sure you have sent the same to many other advisors here on the forum.  You dont seem to understand basics of law.  In short, your cannot recover such money, as, there appears no contract or agreement on stamp paper where such a act is documented.  In absence of such, it will take a lot of time to recover such money from the person whom you supposedly paid by cheque.

With all the papers and legal documentation, people fool around, commit fraud, and just in your case in absence of that, you are in  deep trouble. Its better to forget that money. Or fall to feet of that person to give it back without interest.
