On the availability of moots, a cut-off limit is determined and a selected number of successful participants (usually the top 80-90) then move to individually compete in the 2nd level where the moot problem will be structured around public international law or international arbitration.

The John H. Jackson aims to enhance student knowledge in International trade law and the World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement procedures. The Program also focuses on advocating for meaningful engagement in multilateral trade in the long term. The Moot is organized by the European Law Students Association (ELSA).

The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is the Olympics of Commercial Arbitration Moots. The Program includes over 9 months of training and skills development in written and oral advocacy, with learning in-depth learning in International Commercial Arbitration and the Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG)

It depends on the interest of the student who would like to pursue his/her career can choose the moot accordingly..
