A mortgage deed executed in 1989. Money paid and mortgage settled. However the party failed to get the mortgage deed cancelled in the registrar office. 12 year period elapsed. Both the parties not alive. The LRs of the mortgagee may not come to settle the issue. What will be the remedy??
