Mother living with me,giving pension to sister?

hi,

My mother is living with me. since, she didn't make her food. I am taking care of that.

Instead of helping me, she is giving her pension to my sister and abuse me daily.

my wife is a psychiatric patient and she is having a hard time dealing with the abuse.

what can I do? can I force my sister to take care of mother?

Is there any law which can help me?

Very sad. it is senility of old people which create unnecessory problems to son. i dont think your sister will help you. she has to come forward and return all money to you.

Yes Yes u r right i am providing technical guidance to banana cultivators, part time only.

talk frankly to your sis and mother about money and liability of your sis to your mother.I am not a lawyer so cant give you legal remedy.But you should try to make your sis feel that RIGHT IMPLIES DUTY.
