hello sir my mother passed away due to brain cancer . before she died she wanted to transfer the property in my name and we are two brothers. she allready gave him money but dont wanted to transfer the property because he was a drug addicted. he got marrid and gt divorce and again leaving with another girl for the last 2 year.there is no will but my mother express her idea with other persion excluding me, my father is a retired person and he also want to transfer the in my name, what should we do now ,plz help.
During the life time if she executed will or gift it was quiet ok now it is useless to fight..u tell that he is drug addict if he go es to court u continue suit until he collapse.
