Our society is going for redevelopment, thedeveloper/builder is the son of the secretory. The Registered office as mentioned in the Offer letter of the developer is the flat owned by the secretory. Would like to know since the building is going for redevelopment, can the society enter into an agreement with the developer whose registered office address is in the same building. He however, has mentioned a correspondence address in the offer letter.
Kindly advice on the matter.
