Dear Experts,
After signing the MOU, my wife has filed 498 and DV cases against me.
She is denying the signatures and also asking for the belongings which she has already taken with her. I have evidences that she has taken all her belongings and also evidence that she has signed the MOU.
Please help me to get out of this situation..

If the story is true show the document (MOU) to a local lawyer.
Complaint u/s 498A IPC is not concerned about stridhan of lady.
Discuss with your tutor for such academic subject.
