Mou signed taken 75% amount now cheated

Dear experts, 

Wife and husband agreed for settlement gone MOU on stamp paper.

Wife agreed to compromise and with draw all the cases which are pending in various courts.husband paid 70% amount in total amount which was finalised through cheque which she drawn .now she cheated saying that that amount only for one case now she want a huge amount to withdraw other cases..she signed on stamp paper and she is denying now after with drawing the said amount..pls suggest what should be done now.

Already amount has been finalised by both husband wife and signed on stamp papers. Do Honble judges have powers to increase the amounts r decrease the amount..pls advice

This is a MOU between between two persons, how can court be dragged into this perosnal dealing beteween both.

This MOU is not enforceable because it was not executed by a registered document.

If she is not honoring the agreement as per MOU then you can cancel the same and demand her to return the amount she received failing which you can file a recovery suit since she did not honor the commitment hence she is liable to return the amount.
