I want to sell my agricultural land and I have made sale agreement with the buyer. But he has formed layout without my knowledge as I am living abroad. Buyer wants POA.
Shall I put MOU in RS 100 Stamp doc stating that buyer would be responsible for any problem arising due to formation of layout and he has to compensate for it ? Is MOU legally enforceable if needed?
