Sir,
We are 35 years old chs wishing to go for redevelopment...We dont have conveyance with us..The redeveloper says he will bring conveyance for us and wants to sign MOU with us...
My query is -
1) Can MOU be done only for the purpose of obtaing convenyence (We are ready to go with redevleopment with the bulider if he successfully brings convenyence).
2) Can MOU be terminated if the said redeveloper fails to perform as thought...
3) I beleive that we will be signing two documents 1 the MOU which will state that the bulider will bring convenyence and we will give him the right to redevelop our buliding, and 1 individual agreement with the bulider after he brings the convenyence successfully ...Am I right.
4) Please provide me with the draft MOU stating that the developer will briing conveyance and Draft of Individual agreement with the redeveloper for developing the buliding...
